 Joe Chapman (NZL)
The third eldest of
six children, Joe has represented Otago at every National Cycling Event
for both road and track since 1995. In that time, he has won five
national medals.
He
was selected for the New Zealand Under
17’s training camp in Adelaide, over the period 15-21 September,1997 and
subsequently chosen for the Under 19’s New Zealand squad for the year 1998
and again in 1999. Joe is now a member of the New Zealand Under-23
National Road Squad.
